All horticultural advice, planting suggestions, design concepts and plant recommendations provided by this consultancy are offered in good faith and based on professional horticultural knowledge, experience and the information available at the time of consultation.

Garden environments are complex and subject to variables beyond the consultant’s control, including but not limited to soil conditions, drainage, microclimate, weather patterns, maintenance practices, pest and disease pressure, and the quality of installation carried out by third parties.

For this reason, no guarantee can be given regarding plant performance, establishment, survival, growth rate, flowering, or the long-term success of any planting scheme or garden design.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the consultancy provides advice and recommendations only. Responsibility for implementation, planting, site preparation, aftercare, irrigation, soil improvement and ongoing maintenance remains with the client or their appointed contractor.

The consultant accepts no liability for losses, plant failure, property damage, or other issues arising from the implementation of recommendations or works carried out by third parties.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all works comply with local regulations, property boundaries, underground services, planning restrictions, and health and safety requirements.

Engaging this consultancy constitutes acceptance of these terms.
